Too bad your theory's wrong. BW went looking for a shell through Brian Kistler first, for Race Fumes. Then through Jared Hochstedler second, for Potencia. He finally settled on BBDA from Carnes. Of course all those guys know each other well.

And out of sheer coincidence, Carnes just happened to rename Renovo to Bebida, a beverage company shell. And by sheer coincidence, Jared knew someone looking for a beverage company shell.

Everything you say Booger is true except he loves this pinkie game that he learned from Carnes to pay for his life long yearning, his dream - Nascar. And the shareholders hold on to a dream of a potentially profitable real company. Only 1 dream comes true until there is proof otherwise.

Didn't you already tell us that uncle willy is now uncle sue ?
That was a sweet sounding story.
But it seems that BBrians pink schooling has taught him to squander as much for himself.
He has not showed investors the agreement between BBDA and Potencia.
He seems to have set this company up (to foot the bill on advertising while taking a back seat to any potential profits.

Way to go BBrian!
After all you do consider yourself the Owner of BBDA.

But you are not.
It is a publically traded company and has shareholders.
That has been hoping for a pump so they can dump.
