Here’s tha way uncle Willy splained it to me.
Ya see, ole Brian has been a racin nut, for most of his life….he really likes it….it has been a driving force for many years. So, I guess you could say that Brian is Motivated to succeed by virtue of his life long dream to be involved in Nascar Racin’….it’s not a bad thing….heck no, it’s a Good Thing.
Now, at some point, Brian stumbles across some DH by the name of Carnes….or, it could be dat da DH did a little research and found this fella, by the name of Brian that really wanted to make a lot of money…enough money to enable him to go racin’ with the big boys. Well da DH, laid it on Thick…..tellin’ Brian how much money he could make down here in Pinky Land. Brian went took the bait and the rest is History. Does that make Brian a bad person…certainly not…Brian was the victim…..swindled by Carnes.
So, now Brian is left holdin’ tha bag and wondering WTF just happened. Holy chit, only way outta this mess is to build a real company. Guess wat……dat’s wat he’s doin’.
Brian has said it and I’ll repeat it…he’s been taken to school down here. And, as I said earlier, just compare the Old (Carnes) BBDA to what it is today. No comparison…Carnes was/is an absolute Fraud and Swindler…who’s only goal was/is to swindle honest people outta their money. I really don’t know how he’s stayed outta jail. Brian, on the other hand is a young man with a dream (racin’, that is) who got rooked into purchasing a pinksheet beverage company. Now, Brian is trying to build this company into a Real beverage company…..a profitable company. That’s the only way he’ll be able to afford to continue his involvement in Racin’. And don’t forget, it’s Racin’ that been driving Brian for most of his life….I think he’ll continue to pursue his dream….and to do that he’s got to make BBDA a successful, profitable company.
Now then, as for an R/S, Yep, it’s gotta happen. I’ve seen many pinksheet companies let the pps drift down to .0001 at which time they would do an R/S of 1,000 or 5,000 to one…Now that is the signature of an absolute scam. By contrast, lets consider BBDA with real products, real distributors (I’m hoping we see confirmation and big numbers soon). We have a highly motivated CEO (it may be racin’ that motivates him, but at this point, it’s OK, as he is motivated to be successful in racin’ by virtue of being successful in the beverage business.
So, if Brian were to do an R/S of (uncle Willy pulled this out of his ya ya) 10 to one, that’d leave us with an AS of something just shy of a billion and a pps 10 times what it was at the time of the R/S.
I believe Smart people will perceive a 10 to 1 R/S as a Plus….not a Minus and the PPS will continue to grow right along with BBDA as it continues to expand and grow. It’s can be a Good Thing…it’s just gonna take some time for all the pieces to come together.
Bottom line…a 10 to 1 R/S = Real Company…….a 5,000 to 1 R/S = Scam (hello Carnes, LOL)
