Too bad your theory's wrong. BW went looking for a shell through Brian Kistler first, for Race Fumes. Then through Jared Hochstedler second, for Potencia. He finally settled on BBDA from Carnes. Of course all those guys know each other well.

And out of sheer coincidence, Carnes just happened to rename Renovo to Bebida, a beverage company shell. And by sheer coincidence, Jared knew someone looking for a beverage company shell.
