I would add that Mr. Biscan ,under terms of the initial structure of TRGD is restricted from selling any of his shares until TRGD has achieved certain revenue flows and other matters. I do not know the exact numbers and details. It IS significant and indicates that Mr. Biscan has proven his shareholder friendly demeanor to have structured these restrictions!!
I believe this also may have other favourable outcomes for TRGD shareholders but, since I am not sure, will not be more explicit.

Thanks for the feedback on this important issue. My recollection was that Mr. Biscan had "loaned" funds to TRGD in the early days and somewhere along the way paid himself back with shares of TRGD.

It was never clear to me whether all those personal loans had been repaid or if he still intends to repay himself with any additional discounted shares (as was done before).

This is not an accusation, just one of the unknowns associated with no financials. As I have tried to determine how much each TARM share is worth to the value of each TRGD share, this is the only variable that seems to be (at least slightly) unclear.

ps> This matters to me as a TRGD shareholder, but it has not impace on TARM shareholders at all.
