I would add that Mr. Biscan ,under terms of the initial structure of TRGD is restricted from selling any of his shares until TRGD has achieved certain revenue flows and other matters. I do not know the exact numbers and details. It IS significant and indicates that Mr. Biscan has proven his shareholder friendly demeanor to have structured these restrictions!! I believe this also may have other favourable outcomes for TRGD shareholders but, since I am not sure, will not be more explicit.
