I talked to Rich Biscan on Jan. 28 and posted this one the TRGD IHub board 11 days later.

[color=red]"There are a little under 103 million TRGD shares outstanding, Rich Biscan told me when I called him 11 days ago, Jan 28. He also assured me that there are no warrants or options on TRGD. 103 million is it.

He also said TRGD is debt free. They had a little cash, though not much -- before revenues for Don Roman started flowing.

And we know that he has been saying no further dilution would be needed because of that income that would be coming now from Don Roman." [color=red][/color][/color]

I am quite confident that we can believe Rich on that. He said he has never taken options or warrants from TRGD.
