Don't go into the property status issue, because all but two of the original ten were abandoned years ago for justifiable reasons. Of the remaining two, the W. Delta 61 was sold at auction for 700k. And the other one, the Brazos A-39 failed to receive a bid at the 11/11/2009 auction, and pxd has announced their and Woodside's abandonment effective 3/2.

So questions should center on getting an accounting detail of exactly where the withheld $3 million is earmarked to go. The defendants need to tell us the breakdown of how much future expenses are expected and how much was withheld as a contingency reserve. There is no way they can justify a $3 million wrap up expense, unless it can be proved otherwise. We need to know who that's going to and for what reason.
