Well sir . . . I see your point . . . it's a good one.

But . . . abandoned or not . . . these Nine Oil Properties are the assets of the Trust.

They were acquired under the supervision of Mr. T. Boone Pickens. . . a noted Oilman. Mr Pickins was not stupid. Deep Drilling in the Gulf of Mexico has produced significant Gas and Oil finds.

So . . . how can Nine out of Ten Oil Properties be worthless? The Odds are against it . . . even in the Oil Business.

Therefore, in my opinion, the Nine Oil Properties are not worthless . . . as some would have us believe.
