I will ask:

1. What is the present disposition of the Nine Oil Properties held by Mesa Offshore Trust?

2. What efforts are being made to sell these Nine Oil Properties?

3. How can Nine out of Ten Oil Properties be Worthless at Zero Value? It goes against the Odds!

4. If not sold, what will the final disposition of the Nine Oil Properties be at the Termination of the Trust?

The Lawyers and Judge are Officers of the Court. They can not just turn and walk away without looking back at the Settlement.

We have until around March 20,2010. I recommend this course of action to all interested parties. Be respectful and serious. Ask as many questions as you can think of.
