Yeah, I should have read the CC transcript. I'm laughing at myself for not doing it. If they have just had a CC, I usually like to read or listen which ever is available before I buy as it's full of info. For some reason, I did not this time as I looked at other positive releases and forgot to seek out the CC in relation to last Q earnings. I knew their earnings were good and that they were making great progress. From my take, this offering isn't the worst of things like when bio techs do it. The company needs the money because they now have a huge backlog of about $85 million and revenues for the last 3 quarters is more than they did the previous full year! They are actually making money as opposed to some of the bio techs that do it. Also, the company believes they will be profitable by years end and they believe this will help them achieve that.
