CPST "Didn't dig deep enough"
I had a small bid in at $1.19 that didn't fill and I was disappointed until AH. I got burned by MRNA and am still hangin, or holdin depending on your point of view. I am a lifelong beancounter and focus on cash whenever practical when diggin for small cap surprise offerrings that could spoil the party. I'm curious, where would you dig for signs of a potential dilutive stock offering? I look at the balance sheet and especially the cash flow statement. Is there somewhere to look and know if an issue already has a shelf registration ready to go and send the pps in a tailspin? Do you, or anyone else reading this, have any input on how to avoid this all to frequent, small cap trap? TIA g2
