CPST - when it comes to this offerings - I see them as someone investing in the company. Look at COIN when the company announced several Offerings and Warrants the stock as above 1.50 -- it drop to low .60's. I loaded and loaded on the way down.
COIN is now on the verge a major breakout and those people that bought those Offerings last year and about to make lots of money by end of 2010 or 2011.
So, when it comes to CPST it may drop 20-62% from 1.25 area. I will average down when the time presents itself.
Note: Thank God, that now I have the funds to hold on such paper losses and be able to average down. I understand some members don't have that flexibility and that is where stop losses come in.
As for now I will hold CPST and wait to average down if needed.
