I do not think the share price is a consequence of the impending lifting of stock restictions. It is a consequence of the company's ACTUAL performance (not promises). If HRCT is able to show significant earnings, increases in margins, econmies of scale, abiltiy to integrate operations...and actually deliver on stated "goals" the share overhang (at these prices) will not be a factor.

mbr; It seems like your standing on the back of the Hartcourt ship and ruminating about what could happen instead of standing on the front of the ship and projecting the furture course of Hrct. Rather puzzling ????????? If I not mistaken you can not not prove a negative. If your assessing risk, I believe the risk is the lowest it been ever been! JMHO
