That's why I bring it to the boards attention now and then. No sense in pretending it's not there. I do believe Enlight is the biggest threat in the short term, but, I also see continued selling pressure anytime the shareprice reaches each individuals cost basis or the slightest bit above.

Not sure which of the figures is true, but, Enlight could have as much as 2.4+ million shares each month for a year to unload. You just know they're itchin' to get their initial investment back, ASAP! at the very least. Especially after watching roughly $18-19 million go down the crapper this past year. I wouldn't imagine they're happy campers if they stuck to their "legal binding" verbal agreement to hold 'em for another year. Maybe they've already recovered it? Who knows? Will Hartcourt let us in on it if they have?

The first question on the very late Q&A asked the current restricted share count. It'll be interesting to see where we stand.... If they choose to answer that one.
