AF&A have their work cut out for 'em. IMO. How do you persuade institutional investors to put "mega bucks" into Hartcourt when 70-90 million restricted shares could possibly be released into the market in the coming months?
Close to half the total shares outstanding. Of course, only if those with the "legal binding" verbal agreement have kept their word. Enlight alone has 16-29 (Depending on which PR/SEC filing ya want to believe) million with a cost basis around 8 cents.
Carrie and Co. need to make a few more miracles happen to counter the affects of massive dilution. IMO.
It may sound negative to some, but, gotta face it, it's reality folks! It's definitely gonna be interesting in the coming months.....
