After the 2 year limit expires.... No 144's are required either. We'll probably never know who's selling. Pretty slick eh?

There are lots of ways to solve these problems..I do believe Carrie will take care of all of them one step at a time..She knows how to take Hrct from point A to point B..imo...Whether there are potential partners out there to absorb some of the shares, or they somehow finance a buy back, or by other means, I agree, they do have their work cut out..But nothing Carrie and co. haven't been through on a much larger scale in her past employment...jmo

Just gotta wait 'n see..

MrBankRoll...

First of all , what you say is very true, that is, HRCT has an uphill climb facing all those potential share offerings next year...Certainly ,management has to know this as well as you and I and should be planning some sort of remedy...

To some extent I think the negative implications of the threat is being discounted and has been for many months now...In short , might not the price of HRCT even now manifest that threat ? I certainly don't pretend to know for sure or to what exact degree the threat is already in the stock but it's reasonable to suggest a fair amount given the share price fall over many months....

You know , of course what HRCT is today..Not too bad...Sales of over 200 million, slightly profitable, what is reported to be good management, and some handsome projections made regarding tomorrow with good accounting practice, at last...I think we are way undervalued but it's apparent that others don't or the price would be more stable...

So then, can you envision HRCT with every outstanding currently restricted share out of the way...all sold now and because of it our stock is at .o8cents...Given what HRCT is today do you think it could or would stay at .08 cents...When HRCT was nothing it traded at .06....

I like HRCT as a buy out for some entity that wants a China play...Would be nice to wake up one day to a buy-out at 1 dollar or more....
