CN~~I think that due to the timing of a significant company event (the SEC hearing), we may see some volatility in the shareprice this week...Probably on the up side considering the positive ramifications of a settlement..Not sure how much volume we might see but if Hrct were to stamp this as a done deal once and for all, then it could be a major load lifted and might cause many chain reactions to take place...Bigger money to enter?..Application for a larger exchange to be processed?..Retail investors to see light at the end of the tunnel?..and so on..All just guesses but I sure hope they can put that thing to rest..

What I would determine about Adam Friedman is that since their job is to set up institutional investors with Hrct and that Carrie has had regular meetings...and will continue to do so...that they are in fact doing their part...Now if I am an investor that thinks what Carrie has done to shape up Hrct, looks attractive enough to invest my mega bucks, I would probably tell her, "Why don't we hold off until at least, after this hearing on Monday to see how things turn out"...(a dramatization..lol)

There is enough risk involved with OTC companies and the unknown activities of MM's around these parts and you add to that the dark cloud of the SEC hanging over your head, I can see that it would be prudent to wait for one of these to be resolved before throwing big dough toward Hrct..jmho..
