STMC is looking better and better. Here is a nice post on a update on the share structure. I think a very important thing to note here is the A/S is only 200 million. Micro. With everything coming down the pipeline and the interest definitly picking up this one gonna be a winner. I may have to up my bid Monday.

O/S they say is close but a little more. We kow that from last 8k As of July 20th 2009 there are 97,456,436 shares outstanding(line 18), so I would say this is pretty close.
Float is a little above but very close to 20 million .
