STMC .0045 X .005 reloaded at .005 Last time it went from these levels to over .02 very quick. Low floater and pending R/M

According to poster with update from TA on Jan 5th

225 million is the A/S, but 25 million of those are Preferred Shares leaving 200 million as common stock

O/S they say is close but a little more. We kow that from last 8k
As of July 20th 2009 there are 97,456,436 shares outstanding(line 18), so I would say this is pretty close.


Float is a little above but very close to 20 million .
