STMC is looking better and better. Here is a nice post on a update on the share structure. I think a very important thing to note here is the A/S is only 200 million. Micro. With everything coming down the pipeline and the interest definitly picking up this one gonna be a winner. I was hoping to pick up some more of the 005's Friday but they wouldnt give me any. I may have to up my bid Monday.

According to poster with update from TA on Jan 5th

225 million is the A/S, but 25 million of those are Preferred Shares leaving 200 million as common stock (this also verified from Florida on Jan 14th http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=45497785 )

O/S they say is close but a little more. We kow that from last 8k
As of July 20th 2009 there are 97,456,436 shares outstanding(line 18), so I would say this is pretty close.


Float is a little above but very close to 20 million .
