As for long term, with the meat in front of them I doubt either of them wants to flinch much just yet.
If we can get to $10, do a secondary placement to raise major bucks to spread mills all over the cussing place, then they can maybe look to settle in and sell off some shares.
They certainly deserve some fruits from their labors IMHO.
And neither is/has been a highly paid officer. But if they've waited this long I doubt they would give in now. I sure am not :-).
