IMO Gene's strategy is be Warren Buffet

Ie worry about it when he hits his mid-80's. Alan I have no idea. The other thing is Gene does have his son working in management for the company so if I were to guess I say he runs it until he is ready to retire and hands the reigns over.

I wouldn't be surprised to see him sell some shares on the open market at that point but I think its years in the future.

When posting on VMC boards all postings should have a symbol in the header and if foreign please post both US and Foreign symbols.
