smitter, I'm interested in learning how you seem to know what happened. Is this just what you dreamed up or do you have some proof that you can share with us.

However, after having argued against dilution...it is possible that an investor (or group of investors) purposely diluted the actively traded stock by selling owned stock....increasing the volume and decreasing the price, and causing the panic that everyone else sold on.

Again, I would like for someone to explain this to me better.

And of course, I am on board with Smitter, who I agree with on just about everything else.

Regardless of the cause, he is clearly correct that the people here on iHub who encouraged everyone to hold their stock (and in fact buy more) had a clear impact on getting the price back up to .008.

I just did some research, and I realize that OTC companies CAN dilute stock without filing with the SEC, and that this could be what happened.

They would have to increase their Shares Outstanding figures and their Float - but they can do this...and in fact, there are many company scams that do this intentionally just to take investors money.

While I DO NOT think that ZVTK is a scam (it clearly has a successful product, and it would be foolish to risk that on a "scam"), it is quite possible that dilution was the cause - or at least part of the cause.

I stand correcting myself - although I still think it is unclear it is possible it may have been diluton, or a combination of dilution and manipulation by MMs.
