Myst,

Normally dilution refers to when a company increases the number of outstanding shares. Typically for the purpose of raising cash rather than borrowing.

Using this term for when a group of investors dumps a large holding would not be considered dilution, but as you imply, could have the same effect in the short term.

I think what Smitter was saying is that it is unlikley the company diluted. It wold be in their best interest to let the the pps rise a little, not do so on the way down. Its kind of counter-productive and would result in less cash after the sale.

Same goes for other investors. The more likely scenario is a dump after the pps spikes, not before. The exception here is for a large holder, one who controls a large percentage of the stock, to dump shares in the morning , then buy them back as the market bottoms out and as it rises.

On the Dilution part of things,

There are a few reasons why I believe we had dilution going on.

Now the amount of dilution, is anyone's guess.

It's prob not as much as one may think. My Guess, IF... we had dilution, which the Acc/Dist chart looks like we did.

I say at the very most we had 50-100 million shares of dilution.

So APPROX at .0085avg. I say it started around the day of the OTC uplisting. Why, because we had such great Mojo that day, and Once we hit .012 we fell below .01 rather quickly. I know some will say profit taking which of course happened but CMON, we should have closed around .01 at the very least. We did not becuase once the DILUTION and PROFIT taking kicked in we were not able to maintain the buy pressure needed to overcome all the Material events that were taking place.

I will also argue that the reason we were not privy to the new dilution is because ZVTK already had sold the shares pre OTC uplisiting which gives them the right not to report them without suffering the consequences of releasing a 8k. (Not 100% sure how that all works)

I do not think they were warrants being cashed in, because we would have seen a filing around 5pm the next day or when they were finished cashing in.

So with an approx cash amount in the tune off 250-500k, If.. dilution occured, ZVTK was able to Pay for the Big round of INFOMERCIALS, the 40'ft container of Bulbs, and other expenses that we don't know about. IF there was dilution, and IF this is how the CEO spends our money.

Everyone is entitled to there own opinion on what has been taking place, and this is just my 2 cents :)

Have a great evening everyone GO SAINTS!!!!!!!!!!!!
