I would also like to add, Most inexperienced Pink/OTC buyers ans Sellers, were not noticing the Dillution for the past 4 days. I did not catch it until Tues/Wed myself.
So what happened was, we actually were alot stronger than the sideways trading might have shown us. People were buying in the 8's, and accumalating, but the dillution was just to much to bear, and it could not be overcome.
When the PR was released, my Guess is VERT,HDSN,NITE who had been shorting for days and selling shares, all at Once dropped the remaining balance of dilluted shares into the market, The reason we did not go farther in the 6's or even 5' or 4's is that there wasn't enough shares left to do that, AND.... VERT,NITE,HDSN started buying shares back that they had shorted.
We also had a couple buy alerts from some penny websites to help us overcome the Freakish Disaster, Also known as a MM Bear Raid. Plus we had some smart investors who helped buy up the remaining Inventory down there.
On the move up shares were prob hard to buy, because when these kinds of drops occur, it's the MM's who are covering so usually they rise to fast, and your left putting your buy in 20-30% higher than what the PPS is at that moment. Lot's of times this causes wasted money on the commision side and not enough shares bought to make it worth it.
On Bear Raids you actually gotta set your buy when it's falling so this way you buy on the way down then on the way back up, That usually gets your whole ordered filled.
I am not LONG ZVTK, if anyone was wondering, BUT I am Med term. I do see this breaking the .02 range. I do see this running to the Mid to high 3's then retreated back to the mid to high 2's. I do see this running to the .05-.07 range as well. It's not gonna be very hard to do either. Right now were in Phase 1 of the ZVTK PPS process
When you look at different stocks, BIO, OIL, etc... Most are based on Hype and what may happen. ZVTK is RIGHT NOW selling and going into a Major PR blitz on t.v. So there is no maybe or if come's about it. We are going to being seeing this all over pretty soon, and we will move up regardless of what anyone says about it.
