If they sold the products to someone else would that not increase the revenue for the company thus boosting stock prices and allowing everyone that has been in this way to long to sell and make some money?
Maybe you could buy the tech (assuming you are clean with the Government). Then sell it to the company seeking DOD contracts. It would boost shareholder value.
