Maybe you should try reading past posts that proved it...right here on this board.
I won't take the time to go back and do the research for you - then cut and paste it here, just to prove my point. They were posts providing by Coastie...and in those posts were links to governmental rules which made it clear that couldn't be done.
A primary contractor can't provide products made by a sub contractor that has items which would prevent it from contracting by itself. Like tax issues.
I'm not lying. Those rules exist. You'll have to go back and find it yourself. I'm not doing it again for your entertainment.
Now, selling the rights to product to someone else? Might work, but that wouldn't do the shareholders here much good.
