I was trying to stay out of the whole tax issue because I dont know much about it. I can see why ttltale posts what he posts, but I think if he called the Del SOS and asked the questions that would clear this issue up for him, we would all get the final (hopefully) definitive answer. His point is not without merit, as it stands now, and the issue is very confusing. I also know that you will be as accurate with your information as possible.
It would be a good idea, as loneranger suggested, if they could put up a clarification to let people know that.
I have been trying to get people to call or email the SEC or FINRA to back up things posted .. not many do or will admit to it they just want to continue to make up their own legal and SEC rules as it applies to their wishes or wants .. instead of the facts
Yep, it appears you are right. only the government could imagine that such misleading and incrrect information on their website serves any purpose whatsoever.
