It would be a good idea, as loneranger suggested, if they could put up a clarification to let people know that.

I have been trying to get people to call or email the SEC or FINRA to back up things posted .. not many do or will admit to it
they just want to continue to make up their own legal and SEC rules
as it applies to their wishes or wants .. instead of the facts
