I have not a bit of a argument on rewarding shareholders, and as a matter of fact I am pissed they haven't did a stock split and a dividend. I had rather have the split than the dividend but wouldn't object to both. I would love to see a press release stating IDCC will no longer have RSU'S and all earned bonuses will be paid in cash. Then they can not hurt shareholders by selling stock. I would love a announcement of a dividend. More important is we just settled with Nokia, or licensed Motorola, or the company Huwaei or however its spelled. I would take that over splits or dividends, but I sure wish they would do away with the RSU'S. Look at the sales Roath just made, he would have been way ahead had he held his IDCC stock. He certainly needs to resign as he sold our stock bad move to buy stock in another company he is on the board of. I guess they are not as generous, and don't have the freebies IDCC has for a yes vote.
