First you excuse them, then you go on to explain all that they CAN do.

You are on the right track, so why not go all the way and admit that management can do a whole lot more than they've done. I gave them more than enough time to impress Wall Street, but no longer. It's OK to invest in the company and still demand more from the management team and the BOD.

IDCC is struggling to reach fair value relative to its counterparts because of mismanagement and improper use of corporate profits to enrich only themselves. It's high time to reward the shareholders and give a little back.
