I know at times you and I have disagreed and at times we have agreed. But let me give you a pointer. Why don't you actually e-mail BW and ask those questions? Instead of putting them here with the term:

I don't even know the answers, but if I did, that phrase right there would be a great reason for me to tell you to piss off and not answer you. I don't know if you have ever heard the term you catch more bee's with honey than you do crap. And, while I am not telling you to brown nose them, maybe show a little respect for someone you are asking to get YOU answers to something. I am not trying to be a prick here, but I mean come on, enough is enough at times. I have no problems with people asking questions but when they start doing it with a condescending tone is when I get a little bent.

Brian doesn't know me so I cannot technically be his BFF, but I will respond anyway. I totally agree with your first statement, although I did not hear it from Weber himself (i think it was srloan who stated that). On the second question, if you listen closely to the first bebevco video, she touches on it ever so briefly and states that they are still working on it.

That is BS...I didn't realize that the renewal had taken place already.

If he didn't put the cap on it when he renewed, than he and all the board members with insider info who for MONTHS now have been saying "Brian will cap it when he renews in November" are full of it!

The only thing I can think of now is that he can no longer fullfill his original promise to keep the SS at 7 billion, as it is already over that.

If it is not over 7 billion, than why would he not follow through on his original word...this is complete crap! Gagged TA and unlimited shares for what..another year till the renewal is up again?
