pretty sure variant myself and several others have e-mailed him those questions and received no response...

this is e-mail sent: wondering when you will be capping the A/S and ungagging the tranfer agent..... as i am very intersted in buying back into this with recent progress being made, but am very hesitant with unlimited shares and gagged t/a.

I have emailed Brian many times in the past just to find out that he forwarded those emails to certain people on this board. I am done emailing him due to his lack of ethics and unprofessional behavior. Besides, all I got from those emails is the typical BS responses:

"Soon"
"in the near future"
"my lawyer submitted the paperwork last week"

So, here we are in December and after multiple B.S. promises that he has made, the WY A/S is still unlimited. Instead of paying the nominal $50.00 fee to get it capped, he just makes more and more excuses. The process is simple and it only take a couple of days to accomplish.

And do me a favor: save the pointers for yourself. I've been here much longer than you have and I am very intimate with the details of BBDA since September 2008.
