That is BS...I didn't realize that the renewal had taken place already.

If he didn't put the cap on it when he renewed, than he and all the board members with insider info who for MONTHS now have been saying "Brian will cap it when he renews in November" are full of it!

The only thing I can think of now is that he can no longer fullfill his original promise to keep the SS at 7 billion, as it is already over that.

If it is not over 7 billion, than why would he not follow through on his original word...this is complete crap! Gagged TA and unlimited shares for what..another year till the renewal is up again?
