it changed a few aspects in the equation

oh and when you have the links to back
up the speculation .. i'm interested in
seeing/reading them

after all as one who still holds aerp shares
i'm just presuming the worst .. since june

as i've told *edd* many times now .. it's
just easier that way

Amazing isn't it how ALL those claims of DD on Aero turned out to be .... WRONG.

How could this be? What happened? How can we go from: Jones Acquisition being "90% complete"
"longs have located the mysterious IB firm"
'Original' shareholders were contacted and its "ALL GOOD"
"ALPS has AERP's back-waiting for true valuation"
"huge shipments of product arriving daily"
"new facility-'build-out' almost complete
"short-squeeze is a comin'.."
"Flo-co deal= GOOD news for shareholders"

TO:

Jones deal had ZERO chance to close
No IB firm-EVER
No updates regarding communication w/ 'original' shareholders
ALPS disappeared and never returned
Product constantly being OUT OF STOCK while sales revenue FELL?
New facility build-out never happened and AERP vacated the building
the oft posted 'short-squeeze' fell...short?
Flo-co deal included an INDEMNIFICATION clause that puts the onus in AERP's lap.

Somone has some splainin' to do.

Jones 'acquisition/IB firm:
Jones deal had ZERO chance to close- AERP had NO FUNDS and was deeply entrenched in RED INK. NO visible means to fund JONES acquisition and NO IB WAS EVER NAMED. If you have proof to refute any of this post away!

Longs claimed they had 'located' the IB firm:

No IB firm was EVER NAMED, not named by AERP and not named by 'longs'. (Both the company and a few longs claimed IB firm was in play but NEVER named one)

Original shareholders vouching for bh:

LOL, who claimed communication with these 'originals'? Would it not be that posters responsibility to provide 3's?

ALPS disappearing act:

Are you saying they didn't? LOL

Claims of HUGE SHIPMENTS arriving daily:

plenty of posts state this yet falling revenue and out-of-stock issues are backed up by website and SEC FILINGS-read them!

New Facility 'build-out'/ vacated building:

Never was completed and YOU know this! And yes, AERP VACATED the building, and you know this as well!

Posted here ad-nauseam' yet NEVER happened. But, you know this.. or are you saying there was a 'short-squeeze'?

Flo-co deal= Good news:

Again, poster here OFTEN, yet there is an INDEMNIFICATION clause dumping ANY legal issue back in AERP's lap per the 8K which is on file with the SEC.

so..again, what are you refuting as being speculative? TIA
