How could this be? What happened? How can we go from: Jones Acquisition being "90% complete"
"longs have located the mysterious IB firm"
'Original' shareholders were contacted and its "ALL GOOD"
"ALPS has AERP's back-waiting for true valuation"
"huge shipments of product arriving daily"
"new facility-'build-out' almost complete
"short-squeeze is a comin'.."
"Flo-co deal= GOOD news for shareholders"

TO:

Jones deal had ZERO chance to close
No IB firm-EVER
No updates regarding communication w/ 'original' shareholders
ALPS disappeared and never returned
Product constantly being OUT OF STOCK while sales revenue FELL?
New facility build-out never happened and AERP vacated the building
the oft posted 'short-squeeze' fell...short?
Flo-co deal included an INDEMNIFICATION clause that puts the onus in AERP's lap.

Somone has some splainin' to do.
