Roger has over 20 years of experience in securities law. • He was instrumental in the
acquisition of an Austrian wireless
telecom company with $1 billion of
assets.

• Roger handled the successful takeover
of an insurance company by hostile

Senior Notes in a PIPE transaction.

To think that a bunch of hillbillies conned this man or to think that he didn't know something "odd" was happening behind the scenes is simply inconceivable.


Roger wasn't "conned" and of course he knew about the "odd" situation. Why the hell do you think he was hired? So he could "help file the papers" to get them reporting? ROTFLMAO. Urbie even told you he was hired to deal with the SEC issues. Geez, every defense lawyer in the world is hired by somebody who is accussed of something bad. With your theory, only virgin angels who sing hymms all day would be able to find an attorney to defend them.
