Could Roger Glenn really be that naive?

Bouncing around all of today's events, no matter what I try to do, I simply can't accept the fact that Roger Glenn [the man who wrote the book on Corporate Responsibility] would EVER allow himself to be associated with a scamming shell game. He [along with E&A] have SO MUCH to lose.

To think that a bunch of hillbillies conned this man or to think that he didn't know something "odd" was happening behind the scenes is simply inconceivable.

I know I probably sound like one of the cult followers, but everytime I read this...

...nothing makes any sense. I've been around enough lawyers in my day [thanks to the business I'm involved in] to know that they are the most calculating people on the planet...they won't hit the john without making sure every base is covered. So for Roger to become lead counsel or worse, to be involved as a cohort in a scamming shell game, is really hard to accept.

Not throwing in the towel just yet.
