So is this the route that is going to be taken and if so when will these steps begin. If not - then what is the timetable and the other alternative Gil is looking at? Is it a better and faster alternative to begin trading?

My guess is never..reason..by the time third quarter is done the company will be behind and then will need to gather the 4th & 1st qrt of new year..when they get that done then they will need 2nd,3rd,& 4th...The cycle will continue . Best chance is to find a reporting shell and sell stock for 3 yrs before getting delisted for failure to file

really - i was told they found a market maker months ago and we were supposed to start trading 'by the end of septmeber'. this came from 'shuley', the finincial conduit to the investors in israel (more about that later if i have to). we all feel as though we have been taken for a ride - gil slaton's ride. i want my money back NOW and i will raise as much trouble as i can even if it prevents the stock from trading if i don't get it by the end of this week. you get it? pass it on to the jerk that created this nightmare for so many of us. i told you if i wasn't paid my posts would become more vitriolic and i am starting today. if i am not paid by the end of this week. as a director, i feel it is your responsibility to advise him to find or borrow the money or i will create more headaches and expense for him than he could imagine. it's not a threat, it's a promise. period. end of discussion.

JERSEY, I've been away and just read your post on the "many steps involved". First, thanks for the info. Second, this was very disheartening to read....it seems more realistic than ever that we will never trade again :(((((

too many conditions that we have not been aware of. however, i was (amazingly) able to get gs to answer his phone last thursday. of course he apologized, but more importantly he told me to call him this thursday for an update and also told me he would tell me how much they could send me (obviously not the whole amount). he also offered the following; the reason he offered me a position on the board of directors was because "you are an entrepreneur, a true businessman". was that so many words? i'd like to believe they are true, but time will tell.

For the moment i will reserve any negative comments, although to the 1.000.000 shares I was promised last December (2008) and again in October 2009, i explained that expect those must be unrestricted shares and he agreed, although he said I would not get them until we resumed trading. of course, that all depends on if/when we ever start trading which he told me would be by February 15th latest. Let's see if he is true to his word, and the first part of that is me getting at least some of my money back (and then all. I will surely let the board know what happens} thank you all for your unwaverng support for me, whithout which i do not think i would have ever gotten this far with gs for payment.
