My guess is never..reason..by the time third quarter is done the company will be behind and then will need to gather the 4th & 1st qrt of new year..when they get that done then they will need 2nd,3rd,& 4th...The cycle will continue . Best chance is to find a reporting shell and sell stock for 3 yrs before getting delisted for failure to file
