This nonsense and vague BS from Gil has gone on long enough.
If he were a man and addressed your issue openly, this would NOT be happening.
Everyone here reading this board has formed ACCURATE conclusions about WHO is the one causing ALL the problems swirling about GSII!
You are not the one. GSII will either trade again, or it won't, depending on whether or not Gil is able to ever get himself together enough to succeed!
But you NEED to have legal protections for WHAT YOU ARE RIGHTFULLY OWED in the form of some pending action in case he does NOT succeed so you can go after your assets from him personally.
AS HIS CREDITOR, you ought to be able to get information that might otherwise be inappropriate for a common shareholder... if there IS any valid reason why a NON-trading stock needs to act as though insider confidentiality still applies!
IMO... things just do not add up... and there is a certain smell to it that is getting stronger.
I know jersey is sincere in his efforts... but I believe he is truly caught square in the middle by Gil's web-weaving. He has a task he has chosen to do gratis in hopes of helping all stuckholders, including himself.
However, that role does not necessarily lend itself to him being an aggressive advocate for your interests in collecting on the debt!
Other than passing on what you have to say to Gil, IMO there is little more that jersey can do.
