I never make threats. I only made intentions known. Too much speculation and behind the scenes telegraphing of information going on and our company officials are supposedly responding via notes to shareholders to dispell internet rumors, how entangled is this scenario?

If detailed results are not made known, or some other official correspondences is not made public to set the information forth in an accurate manner before the end of November about the success or failure of our drilling campaign, by our company, the SEC will be notified in painstaking detail. The many inconsistencies in the form of a formal complaint that has been compiled and for many months since before drilling started will be laid out and a review requested. This is certainly not a threat. I promise the complaint will have sufficient detail to merit review. Beyond that I make no claims on what the officials will or won't do with the complaint but suspect my contacts in that arena will at least read through the material.
