I for one am totally ok with what you post. Wrong or right, if nothing else you have managed to provoke a statement out of the "Erhc team." Not even Strass's SEC threats, or tryoty's criticisms of mgt have been able to pull out a statement from the company as has the claim that gas is what's down there. And by the word "claim", I don't mean that it is not fact, only that well, anything non-official and not verifiable by any given investor here, can not be a substantiated fact, no offense.

On the other hand, and of course, I hope Erhc does not lose their rights over their statements, but I do think it's great that there's discourse, dissent, and any other expressions of communication, fact or opinion on this board about the topic of Erhc. (minus of course, any ad hominem attacks on people) So there you are.
