You state:
"the SEC will be notified in painstaking detail. The many inconsistencies in the form of a formal complaint that has been compiled and for many months since before drilling started will be laid out and a review requested"
and you also say:
"the complaint will have sufficient detail to merit review"
These comments imply that you're not a lazy guy typing a lot of empty messages on a message board...because what you're suggesting sounds like work. Almost as much work as contacting the company directly (which according to board folklore you have never done), and a little more effort than, well, hitting the sell button...which is what "normal" passive investors are supposed to do when they are unhappy with their investment.
So I guess, since I'm kinda bored, I will call your bluff and say, please post "the detailed formal complaint" after you've submitted it for us to review.
One other general question to anyone who wants to answer: sources at the SEC? Has this board gone completely source-happy?
