here again i agree with you only based on the that almost all companies stock will go down when they bye another company and then it will rebound if the deal is good. i think with the timing of the move to otc and the buying of gen-x this could be the other way it might increase us or i hope not to go down.jmho
as they say timing is every thing

I respect your opinion, so I would like to ask you a question. Why, in your opinion, would Global want to acquire Gen-X? As far as I can tell, Gen-X has no facility, at the present time, and in my opinion, the only income they are generating is working for Global. So why would Global dilute to acquire Gen-X? If they no longer have this billion gallon contract, and it is hard for me to believe that a company would wait for Gen-X to build a facility to start fulfilling the contract, so I ask you, where is the value of Gen-X? Why would Global, as you presume, dilute shareholder value, to obtain a company, that as far as I can see, has very little value.

Another question I have for you: if Global wants to acquire Gen-X, why not offer them restricted stock? If the stock is restricted for a year, that gives Global a whole year to raise the price of the stock and thus cause less dilution. If Rodd is right, and he certainly seems to know what he is talking about, Global has more business than they can fulfill at the present time, so why would a company like Global, in a position of strength, purposely act in an irrational manner and cause dilution?
