the neg angle would be to quote un quote pay someone back or provide a pr piece...the positive answer would be maybe they know something we don't from inside the industry. My main concern is spreading to thin to fast before the base is solid enough to support that kind expansion and i don't think it is based on the numbers. If this purchase would save us money and expense with in the next 6 to 12 months i could see it. right now i don't see the need to do it. sometimes its hard to see xpgh clearly when you have that xlpi taste of doing business in your mouth..lol...and im not trying to compare them at all.

That was my question at first as well, "why do they want to buy GEN-X". In my opinion, if there was no material implication to the deal, then Parsons would just have made a PR after the fact when they acquired GEN-X and that would have been the end of it. With him using the language he did, I think he is preparing us for what I believe will be a dilution and major acquisition. I have been unable to find a valuation for GEN-X, so I dont have a figure as to what it might be worth. We all know we dont have the cash to buy the company, so stock issuance is the only way. Of course, not buying it is the other solution, but thats not what Parsons has in mind. Remember, Parsons had the press release regarding GEN-X, that's not something I made up.
