That was my question at first as well, "why do they want to buy GEN-X". In my opinion, if there was no material implication to the deal, then Parsons would just have made a PR after the fact when they acquired GEN-X and that would have been the end of it. With him using the language he did, I think he is preparing us for what I believe will be a dilution and major acquisition. I have been unable to find a valuation for GEN-X, so I dont have a figure as to what it might be worth. We all know we dont have the cash to buy the company, so stock issuance is the only way. Of course, not buying it is the other solution, but thats not what Parsons has in mind. Remember, Parsons had the press release regarding GEN-X, that's not something I made up.
