Your guess is as good as mine. I have no idea why Parsons is doing what he is. If I had my choice, I would expand our customer base, sign new contracts, and leave GEN-X alone. All I am trying to do is figure out how we will pay for it if he goes through with it, and what the implications on our stock will be.
