jersey - do you really think this guy is capable of running the company properly to get us re-listed when he was so very irresponsible in getting us de-listed?

i have little confidence about it and wonder if it is a ploy on his part to make so many longs want to dump their shares if it ever re-lists, so he can scoop them up and make a killing for himself. i, for one will be very cautious if it ever starts trading again. i just wonder if he has such a devious and selfish mind to do such a thing.

my trust in him will increase only if i get the money and stock he owes and has promised me on time (namely Novemeber 2, 2009).
