He's looking at various funding sources to obtain it, but there are other alternatives to returning the company to public trading status being investigated as well. It could drag on another six months, depending on what solution is achieved. Certainly the 15(c)211, when filed, will take awhile, as I would expect at least one or more rounds of comments from the FINRA or SEC (whichever body governs that filing) and subsequent responses by the company prior to going effective.
