There is absolutely NO reason that you should be patient for one more day past the 29th, gene.
No one could possibly blame YOU for having to do what you have to do in an attempt to recover a very large sum of money you loaned in good faith.
YOUR HEART and your integrity show you to be a man who has the tendency and ability to empathize with others in distressful circumstances... Gil took advantage of that, and even when exposed and highlighted day after day as the scumbag he is Gil STILL WILL NOT do what he says and live up to HIS verbal commitments!
BY NOW all these comments about Gil's appalling behavior have accumulated to a sufficient quantity that SEARCHES for information about Gil Slaton will be turning up information that documents that he is an unethical undependable shady character in business dealings!
IF a company CEO is not a man of his word with integrity, his shareholders SUFFER from his dishonesty and lies... MOREOVER, HIS CLIENTS are at great risk to suffer in THEIR business dealings with him as well!

I hope GSII begins trading again so the MANY who are caught up in Gil's web can get free IF they choose. However, with so many good companies to choose from, I cannot imagine why anyone who has witnessed these weeks of Gil's displaying his lack of business integrity would ever believe Gil Slaton will make GSII a thriving success in the securitization business... surely clients will sense , or experience, his undependable qualities and choose NOT to do business with him.
In fact, THAT might well be why he is having such a hard time getting anything done!
Gil Slaton is his own worst enemy... he's self-destructive because of his own failure to be a man of integrity to his word!
